FAQ

WHO CAN PLAY? IS THERE ANY AGE LIMIT?

We recommend the player´s minimum age 12 years if coming with adult – or 16 years for group with no adults around. The main reason for this limit is the complexity of the game. Anyway, if you like your children to accompany your group, it is possible from 8 years old.

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PLAY?

Form a team of 2 – 6 players. Our recommendation is to come and play with a group of friends. It is easier to communicate with people you know than with total strangers, but above all, it’s better to laugh with friends afterwards remembering each solution that came into your mind…especially the wrong ones.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

No special skills or knowledge is required to play a game. All parts of the game are language independent. Good to have at least one team member, who has basic mathematics skills. The only thing necessary is to use intuitive logic and deductive reasoning.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW TO GO ON?

Your room is permanently observed by the Game Master – the person who is responsible for your game experience. If you need, he sends you the advise in solving puzzles, showing directions or giving hints. Nothing to be worried about. Your group is not left alone :).

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF ROOMS?

We do not tell you details in advance – to keep the secret. Just imagine a space about 30 square meters in total. People with claustrophobia have been playing without a problem. But just in case, we can give you instant help, in any case of emergency.

COULD I BE SCARED DURING THE GAME?

Good to know that no scary stuff or physical exercise to be expected during the game. So, do not worry 🙂

WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE THE ROOM BEFORE THE END OF THE GAME?

Sure, if you need to leave the room for any reason, the Game Master will open the door for you instantly.

HOW CAN BE BOOKING CANCELLED?

Please note that the booking is legally binding and can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before game start. If cancelled later, the full amount will be charged as cancellation fee, same as if you do not show up.

BEFORE THE GAME

Better visit a toilet and do not start hungry or thirsty. Imagine, you are locked inside the room for 1 hour and you probably wouldn’t like to be bothered by these things.

DURING THE GAME AND AFTER

Better have your time under control well. Looks like you have plenty of time in the beginning – but may be – there can appear some more puzzles to be solved. And a time is running… After the game Your group definitely will need an experience sharing…and laughing. Take your time to sit, relax and get some drink.

And now - is there a time to try?
